To ensure total clarity, we encourage a brief consultation between you and your artist to confirm final pricing before your services begin. Should you notice any price discrepancies after checkout, please contact our team within 24 hours of your visit so we can promptly review it with you. 

 Give the gift of renewal! Lejeune Beauty Bar gift cards are valid for one full year from the date of purchase. To protect your investment, please safeguard your gift card as you would cash, as lost, misplaced, or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded. 

 Lejeune Beauty Bar is a premium sanctuary dedicated to deep relaxation, self-care, and quiet reflection. To preserve a serene and beautiful experience for everyone in our space, we kindly ask all guests to keep conversations soft and to place cell phones on silent or vibrate mode. Our team thoughtfully maintains this peaceful environment so every guest can fully unwind. 

To maintain a serene, relaxing, and safe environment for all our clients, our intimate boutique space is reserved exclusively for those receiving scheduled services. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing extra guests or unbooked children to your appointment. Please note: Clients under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of their service. Thank you for helping us preserve this peaceful sanctuary for everyone. 

 We understand that life can be unpredictable! To respect the dedicated schedules of our talented artists and accommodate guests on our luxury waitlist, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late Arrivals: If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to gracefully adjust your service length to stay on time for our next guest, or help you find another time to visit.
• No-Shows: To ensure smooth scheduling, guests with frequent missed appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future bookings.

 Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. While all spa services are final and non-refundable, we take immense pride in our artistry and offer a complimentary adjustment if you notice any complications within 24 hours of your visit (excluding lash or wax services). 

 To secure your preferred appointment slot and dedicate our technician's time completely to you, a small reservation deposit is requested at booking. This amount will be seamlessly credited toward your total at checkout. Should you need to adjust your visit, your deposit can be gladly transferred to a future date with at least 24 hours' notice.
